Al Raha Beach is one of the United Arab Emirate´s current high-profile projects. It is situated east of Abu Dhabi, 10km along the coast towards Dubai, with several islands in front. - The 15 Billion $ US project is estimated to be completed by 2020.

Atelier 4D together with Deutsche Bahn International, were commissioned by Cansult Maunsell and Aldar to develop a light rail train network for this mega project.

For a neighbourhood which includes buildings by Zaha Hadid, Frank O'Gery, Sir Norman Foster, Tadao Ando, and others, we developed 15 individual train stations, three terminals, one train depot area with ample halls and office buildings, working alongside RFR. 

I was in charge of designing two of these stations, as well as part of a team designing possible marine police and fire department stations on the waterways.
