Artscape Building, on Queen Street West.

Client Request: lots of light, space and storage, plus the ability to host plenty of guests. Bathroom had to remain as is.

Solution: open concept for flexibility and split level for more space. 

Entrance, kitchen and living room get full height and light. 

Split-level allow for: 
-Additional seating-area on top of first bedroom (connected with a wide staircase, offering extra seating) 
-Staircases double as extra storage, from all directions
-Second work/bedroom area above the Den
-Ample walk-in storage area with window, above bathroom.
