FACTORY LOFTS

As the general on-site supervisor I oversaw the transformation of this 19th Century factory building in Berlin into four spacious lofts.

I was also in charge of the correct installation of a state-of-the-art environmental friendly wall-heating-system, which was the first installation of this novel system in Berlin.

Each loft offers 160 square meter / 1750 square feet, and features a maisonette living and dining area. 

Each level of the loft is equipped with one to two bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom on both floors.
