FOOD CARTI have been selected to create this food cart for "The Stops Night Market" charity event. The cart design draws on the traditional Rickshaw-like “two-wheeler”, and achieves a new versatility, by taking the highly stable triangle form and giving it a playful asymmetrical nudge, as well as constructing a delicate curvature of the wheels´spokes that serves as an in-built shock-absorber and creates a highly-durable vehicle. The cart was purchased right away by the "El Caballito" restaurant.    |
