A high-end residential complex in the heart of Berlin

33,000 square meter (355.200 square feet) with 460 flats, ranging from approximately 55 to 120 square meter (592 to  1291 square feet) each.

As a member of the architectural office QBQ and Partner, I worked on the floorplan designs as well as on the fassades for these buildings and townhouses. 

The complex provides a variety of buildings, apartment and town-house-styles, which seek to integrate space, light, recreational parks, playgrounds, and more to allow for a varied, but still high-end, life-style.
